Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Nestoa, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms explain the rules for using Nestoa to discover, advertise and communicate about rental properties. They do not replace a tenancy agreement or independent legal advice.
By creating an account or using Nestoa, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding agreement. Businesses and agencies must act through an authorised representative.
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law provides otherwise.
Listings must describe a genuinely available property and use accurate prices, availability, photographs and material details. Nestoa may review, pause or remove content that is incomplete, misleading, unlawful or contrary to these terms.
Advertisers are responsible for having authority to advertise, complying with housing and equality law, answering enquiries honestly and providing any legally required documents. Advertisers must not request payment through a false Nestoa process.
Renters should assess each property and advertiser, attend a viewing where practical, review the proposed agreement and use a traceable payment method only after appropriate checks. Information submitted in an application must be accurate.
A verification badge indicates that a specific Nestoa review was completed. It does not guarantee a person, property, transaction or future conduct. Users must still make their own checks and exercise reasonable care.
Do not post false listings, impersonate another person, discriminate unlawfully, harass users, scrape the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, send spam or use Nestoa for fraud or other illegal activity.
Nestoa provides reporting and moderation tools designed to reduce rental risk. Never send money before verifying the property, advertiser and agreement. Report suspicious requests or pressure tactics through the Safety Centre.
Nestoa currently does not collect rent, deposits or tenancy payments between renters and advertisers. Any future paid Nestoa service will be clearly identified with its own price and payment terms before purchase.
Maps, identity services, sign-in providers and external links may be supplied by third parties under their own terms. Nestoa is not responsible for an external service that it does not control.
Local Partner profiles and offers are provided by independent businesses. A Verified Partner badge reflects a completed review, not a guarantee of quality, availability or outcome. Agree service terms directly with the partner.
Nestoa’s brand, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Nestoa the limited permission needed to host, display and moderate it for the service.
We may restrict or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we may give notice or an opportunity to respond.
Nestoa is a property discovery and communication platform, not a landlord, letting agent or party to a tenancy. To the extent permitted by law, Nestoa is not responsible for user-provided content, independent decisions or transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may improve, add, restrict or discontinue features. If a material change affects these terms, we will update this page and provide notice where required.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
Questions, legal notices and support requests can be sent through the Nestoa Safety Centre and contact form.
